What do you do to keep fit?

            I think it is important to get enough sleep.  Every night, I go to bed early.  I sleep about seven hours a night.  I also eat fruits and vegetables every day.  I never drink soda and I never eat candy or junk food.

            Exercise is a great way to keep fit.  I do yoga every morning and I always do fifty push ups.  I live on a mountain, so I sometimes go hiking after I get home from work.  I sometimes play tennis with my neighbor at the tennis courts near my apartment.

  1. I need to lose my weight because of overdrinking nowadays. But there are other important things which disturb me keeping a regular life like job hunting and my major’s schedule. So I think I must make some time for my health.

    If I have some time, I usually go to the gym and do running machine. And I sometimes play food volleyball with my friends.

  2. In my opinion, it is very important to preserve my health. Now I am a smoker.
    Some day I will be stop smoking. I eat yogurt every morning for digestion. If possible, I do not chew gum.

    I do running twice a week for my health. The gym is close to the my dormitory. It is very comfortable. Sometimes I play squash with my friends at the new gym. Squash is very hard exercise, but it is conducive to good health.

  3. I think the best way to keep fit is drinking! Every evening I go to bar. I drink Soju Fresh 2 bottles. Good drinking needs good eatables. I think candy is good eatables. I never eat dried snack.
    For such reasons, good way to keep fit is constantly drinking.

  4. I think the best way to keep fit is daily exercise and eat proper amount. So i go jogging every day. And when i go home i go to the health club and do weight lifiting.

  5. I think the best way to keep fit is not eat too much. So if i were hungry, i didn't eat too much. And constant exercise is best way too. I play base ball and squash twice a week.

  6. I think the best way to keep fit is to eat regular meal. because eating is very important. doing exercise is important too. swimming is good for health.

  7. I can’t get enough sleep, but I try to live a regular day. I like fruits, so I often eat fruit. I think eating fruits is good for keeping fit. I like soda. I know soda is bad for health, so I make up rule that I drink soda three times a week.

    I like playing basketball, so I play a basketball with my friends at weekend. That is a great way to keep fit.

  8. I think it is important to get enough exercise. I am overweight, because I hate exercise. When I get diet, I do some exercise ( jogging etc ). At this time, I loose weight and my body get more healtier.

  9. I think it is important to keep correct posture. Every time I sit, I try to keep correct posture. I correct my waist and my neck. I also stretch my arms and legs every day.

    Exercise is a great way to keep fit. I always do fifty push ups and I play table tennis 2 times a week. I run when I feel good. I sometimes play badminton with my friends at the courts near my apartment.

  10. I eat rice to keep fit. Food is very important thing in our life. there are various foods like hambuger, pizza , noodle, etc. but I think rice and korean foods are best for my body. Thus I try to eat rice and korean food for every meal.
    Exercise is also important. I do weight training two times a week. I want to have wide shoulder. To make good shape, I do weight training hard

  11. I have time to eat food regularly, I think that is important. I can not sleep these days, but I think that is important enough sleep. Getting enough sleep is to help to be actively all day.
    I like playing soccer and tabletennis, so I play soccer and tabletennis with my friends twice a week. Those are good way to keep fit,

  12. I think that eating habit is important to keep fit. I don't take any late night snack like pizza , chicken , and so on. Instead i eat fruit. and it's good to have breakfast. if you take breakfast, you'll be vigorous until lunch.
    a regular life is also good to keep fit.I go jogging and bicycling everyweekends and i wake up 8 a.m everymoring. and i take a nap in lunch.

  13. I think drinking lots of water is important and it is very easy way to keep fit.
    I try to dirnk lots of water, so I always have water bottle in my bag.
    drinking lost of water is good for both health and beauty.
    Also exercise is best way to keep fit. I sometimes walking and go jogging at night.

  14. I think the best way to keep fit is to enough exercise everyday. Every night, before I go to bed, I do thirty push ups and stretching. And sometimes I play soccer with my hometown friends.
    I eat the food evenly, I think that is important. Fast food, such as chicken or pizza, is not very helpful. I usually eat rice, eat fruit.

    Regular life is very important. Moderate exercise is also very important.
    So I joined a squash club. And i have club activities twice a week

  16. I think mental health is the best important point. If your mental health is bad, your body will be also bad. To keep your mental health more healthy, you should sleep well, and relax yourself every night.
    Because I don't have enough time to exercise, I keep my body healthy in different way. To keep my body health, I meditate more than 20 minutes every day. I also try to think everything positively and smile every day!
